- Vacuum Trunk Twists x 5x20
Hamstrings and Squats:
- Hanging Leg Curls: 0x 5x10
- Heels Elevated Goblet Squats: 50x 5x10
Single-Leg Hamstring Focus:
- Landmine RDL's: 35x 3x12 (each leg)
