- Lateral Raise @ 25: 10, 10, 10, 10 (go up 5 lbs)
Triceps Super Set:
- Bar Dips: 10, 10, 10, 10 (add 5 lbs)
- Overhead Extension @ 25: 10, 10, 10, 10 (go up 5 lbs)
Biceps Super Set:
- Barbell Curls @ 95: 10, 10, 10, 10 (stay and work on stricter form)
- Hammer Curls @ 25: 10, 10, 10, 10 (stay and work on not pausing reps)
