Treadmill Sprints (Incline 5, Speed 12):
- 20 second sprint, 10 second rest
- 10 second sprint, 20 second rest
- 15 second sprint, 15 second rest
- 15 second sprint, 15 second rest
- 15 second sprint, 15 second rest
- 10 second sprint
Cool Down:
- Incline Walk (incline 5, speed 4) for the rest of the 20:00
Mobility:
- 20:00 for lower body
Shoulder Prehab:
- 100 Face Pulls (5x20)
