- Band Work: 5x20 band pull apart and 5x10 no money's

DB Lateral Raises, Snatch Grip Front Raises, and Band Upright Rows:
- Lateral Raises: 25's x 10x10
- Front Raises: 45 x 5x10
- Upright Rows: Green Band x 5x10
