- GHD Hip Extensions: 2x10
- Deadlifts: 45x8, 135x7, 225x6 (slow eccentrics)
- Vacuum Trunk Twists: 2x20
Strength Training:
10 Rounds of:
- Deadlifts: 315x5
- Walking Lunges: 5x 10 each leg
* Rest as little as possible, all rounds unbroken
Finisher:
KB Swings:
- 70x 50-40-30-20-10
* 1:00 between rounds, all rounds unbroken
