Strength:
Power Cleans 5x3 adding 5 lbs to last workout:
Warm Ups: 45x Burgener warm up, 95x5, 135x4, 185x3, 225x2, 255x1, 285x0
Work Sets: 245x 5x3- Finally back up to body weight on this lift.
I stopped after the power cleans today because my arm was hurting.
