Weighted Ring Rows:
- +20x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5
Conditioning:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 10:00 of:
- 3 Handstand Push Ups
- 4 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
- 5 KB Swings @ 70 lbs
