Hang Snatch High Pulls (3x5):
- 195x 5, 5, 5
Bench Press (4x4 @ 75%, max reps on the last set):
- Warm Ups: 45x12, 95x10, 135x8, 185x6, 225x4, 275x2, 315x1
- Work Sets: 225x4, 4, 4, 11- Stay at this weight next cycle
Band Pull Aparts:
- Same sets and reps as bench press
Conditioning:
- Off
