- Machine Triceps Extensions: 5x10
Back, Biceps, and Triceps:
- Cable Upright Rows: 5x10
- Lean Away DB Curls: 40x 3x10, 35x 2x10
- Single Arm Reverse Grip Pushdowns: 5x10
Upper Back and Shoulders:
- Rope Face Pulls: 5x10
- DB Lateral Raises: 25's x 5x10
