- Warm Ups: 45x5, 95x4, 135x3, 185x2, 225x1 push press
- Work Sets: 172.5x 5, 4, 2, 2, 2- Going to stay here next week obviously
Conditioning:

- 10 Steps of Barbell Walking Lunges @185
- 3 Bounding Broad Jumps
- 20 Yard Shuttle Sprint (10 yards out, touch the line, and 10 yards back)
