Conditioning:
15:00 of Dice Sprints:
- 1:  10 Yards
- 2:  20 Yards
- 3:  30 Yards
- 4:  40 Yards
- 5:  50 Yards
- 6:  60 Yards
Roll the dice, sprint the given distance, walk back, roll again.  Repeat for 15:00.
