- 10 HSPU's (6, 3, 1) and 20 Push Ups (unbroken)
Front Squats (5/3/1 week of 1's):
- Warm Ups: 135x5, 165x5, 200x3
- Work Sets: 250x5, 285x3, 317x3
Weighted Ring Rows:
- +15x 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8- Go up to 20 lbs next week
Conditioning:
10:00 "Cindy", AMRAP of:
- 5 Pull Ups
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Squats
Score: 10 rounds, just tried to do them on the minute.
