Shoulders Superset (every 3:00):
- Cable Face Pulls: 71.75x 5x10
- DB Lateral Raises: 35's x 5x10

Arms Superset (every 3:45):
- 1-Arm Cable Pushdowns: 33.25 x 4x10
- Cable Curls: 71 x 4x10

Triceps Finisher:
- Tate Presses: 55's x 1x15
