Power Cleans:
- 245x 3, 3, 3 (go up 2.5 lbs)

Hang Clean Pulls:
- 245x 5, 5, 5

Shoulder Press:
- Warm Ups:  45x5, 95x4, 135x3, 185x2, 225x1 Push Press
- Work Sets:  142.5x 4, 4, 4, 10

Band Pull Aparts:
- Same sets and reps the shoulder presses.

Conditioning:
- Off
