Strength Training:
Front Squats 4x4 (Cycle 2, Week 3):
- Warm Ups:  45x5, 135x4, 225x3
- Work Sets:  270x 4, 4, 4, 6

Bench Press 4x4 (Cycle 2, Week 3):
- Warm Ups:  45x10, 95x8, 135x6, 185x4, 225x2
- Work Sets:  255x 4, 4, 4, 8

Barbell Row 5x5:
- Warm Ups:  45x10, 95x8, 135x6, 185x4, 225x2
- Work Sets:  240x 5, 4, 3, 3, 3 (stay until I can get 5x5)

Conditioning:
AMRAP in 10:00 of:
- 8 Broad Jumps @ 6'
- 8 Toes to Bar
- 8 Push Ups
Score:  5 Rounds + 8 Broad Jumps.
