Snatch High Pulls (5x5 @ 235% of PS sets):

Overhead Squats (3x5):
- 45x 8, 95x 7, 135x 6, 170x 5, 5, 4 (stay at this weight)

Standing Calf Raises:

Klokov Press/ Lateral Raise Superset (5x8 each):
- Klokov Press- 100x 8, 8, 8, 8, 7 (stay at this weight)
- Lateral Raise:  20x 8, 8, 8, 8, 7 (slow reps with a hold at the top)

Seated Calf Raises:
- 100x 15, 15, 15
