CS Cord Upright Rows, Curls, and Overhead Extensions (100 reps each):
- Upright Rows: Orange Cord x 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 10
- Curls: Orange Cord x 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 10
- Overhead Extensions: Orange Cord x 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 10 (dropped to blues on a few sets)
