- Vacuum Trunk Twists x 20
- Band Pull Aparts x20 (red band)
Strength Training:
Dips (10x8):
- 0x 10x8 (add 5 lbs next time)
DB Lateral Raises (5x10):
- 25x 5x10 (do one set at 30 lbs net time)
Overhead Tricep Extensions (5x12):
- 70x 5x12 (add 5 lbs next time)
KB Swings (500 reps):
- 70x 2x20, 53x 23x20
