Rest day active recovery and mobility.

Active Recovery:
10:00 of rounds of:
- 10 Push Ups
- 10 Ring Rows
- 10 Abmat Sit Ups
- 10 Air Squats

Mobility:
- About 30 minutes of stretching for hips, hamstrings, flutes, and shoulders.
