- Overhead Shrugs:  190x 1x10, 185x 4x10 (on a smith machine)

Arms Superset #1 (5x10):
- DB Spider Curls:  30's x 5x10
- Overhead EZ Bar Trifep Extensions:  70x 5x10

Arms Superset #2 (5x10):
- Reverse Grip Cable Pushdowns:  50x 5x10 (on the end stack of cable machine)
- Reverse Grip EZ Bar Curls:  60x 5x10
