Heavy Hinge Movement (2:30):
- Romanian Deadlifts: 47x12, 97x11, 137x10, 187x9, 227x 5x8

Moderate Squat Movement (2:30):
- Heels Elevated Landmine Goblet Squats: 64x 4x10

Single-Leg Hamstring (3:00):
- Landmine RDL's: 41x 1x12, 40x 2x12
