CrossFit Open Workout 13.2:
As many Rounds as Possible in 10:00 of:
- 5 Reps of Shoulder to Overhead @ 115 lbs
- 10 Deadlifts @ 115 lbs
- 15 Box Jumps @ 24"
Score: 6 Rounds + 7 box jumps (202 reps).
The box jumps killed me. My arches started cramping and I had to resort to step ups. Pathetic.
