- 10 Hanging Leg Raises
- 10 DB Hang Power Clean and Press @ 35 lbs
- 20 Double Unders
- 10 DB Hang Power Clean and Press
- 10 Hanging Leg Raises
- Finish out the 6:00 round on the eliptical machine
