Weighted Chin Ups (Goal:  Heavy triple, -15 lbs x5, -15 lbs x7):
- Warm Ups:  Bodyweight x8, +20x6, +40x4
- Work Sets:  +60x3, +45x5, +30x7

GHD Sit Ups:
- 3x10
