Another 0530 AM workout, and hopefully my last for a long time...

Strength:
Front Squats:
- Warm Ups:  105x10, 145x8, 195x6
- Work Sets:  255x3, 285x3, 315x1- No strength this morning

Weighted Chest to Bar Pull Ups:
- 0x5, +15x4, +30x3, +45x2, +60x1- PR!

Conditioning:
10 Rounds, counting total pull ups:
- :10 of Chest to Bar Pull Ups
- :20 Rest
- :20 of Double Unders
- :10 Rest
Score:  34 Chest to Bar Pull Ups and one ripped hand.
