Conditioning:
25 rounds of:
- 10 KB Swings @ 53 lbs
- 25 Single Unders
- 10 reps of Crossover Symmetry Activation/ Recovery exercise before each set (21 rounds of 12 KBS and 30 jumps next time)

Mobility:
- 20 minutes
