Straight Leg Deadlifts and Vacuum Trunk Twists:

- VTT: 3x20

Single Leg Barbell Romanian Deadlifts:
- 45x 3x10 each leg

Alternating Reverse Lunges:
- 0x 154 lunges (77 each leg)
