Push Up Project: 2x15 (165 total)
Warm Up:
- 10:00 on the eliptical to warm up hamstrings, which I feel like I almost injured last sprint day (right side)
Sprints:
- 15x 45-yard sprint on the :55 mark (go on the :50 mark next time)
