Chin Up Project: 50 reps (250 this week, 833 this month)
Rest Day Body Weight Circuit:
10-9-8-7-6-5-5 (50 total) reps for time of:
- Chin Ups
- Push Ups
- Lunges (50 each leg for 100 total)
Time: 17:15. Not killing it, just moving through it at a pace that would let me get all my chin up sets without hitting failure.
