- Bent Over Band Rows: Blue Band x 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 10
Lateral Raises (100 reps):
- 25's x 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 10
Arms Circuit (100 reps each):
- Standing DB Curls: 25's x 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 10
- Overhead Tricep Extensions: 25x 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 10 each arm
Triceps Finisher (100 reps):
- Elbows Out DB Extensions: 25's x 40, 30, 20, 10
