Active Recovery Workout:
- 10:00 of Jump Rope
- Shoulder SMR
- 58 Push Ups (3 sets of 20, 19, and 19)
- 58 "No Money" External Rotations
- 58 Band Pull Aparts
- 58 Glute Bridges
- Mobility work for shoulders, glutes, hips, hamstrings, and calves.
