Active Recovery day...

Snatch Complex (Power Snatch, below knee, above knee, high hang):
- 45, 65, 75, 95, 115, 135, 145, and 155

Push Ups:
- 90 reps done in 9 sets of 10 (1 set after each snatch complex)

Ring Rows (feet on floor):
- 90 reps done in 9 sets of 10 (1 set after each set of push ups)
