Hotel gym workout...

Strength Training:
Single Leg Extensions:
- 5x10

Single Leg Seated Leg Curls:
- 5x10

Machine Donkey Calf Raises:
- 5x10

Finisher:
1-10-1 reps of:
- Left Legs Reverse Lunges
- Right Leg Reverse Lunges
- Air Squats
Time: Around 14:45.  Didn't push too hard, just tried to keep moving while dong quality reps.
