Conditioning:
Complete as many ladders as possible in 10:00 of:
- Tire Flips (B.A.T.)
- Handstand Push Ups
Score: I only got 4 rounds and 2 flips into round 5. An early morning SWAT call out left me doing this workout at 2:00 pm without having eaten all day and I was starting to feel the lack of energy.
Finisher:
- 50 GHD Hip Extensions 5x10
