Strength:
Back Squats (Goal:  405x3, 90% x5, 80% x7):
- Warm Ups:  180x5, 230x4, 270x3, 320x2, 360x1
- Work Sets:  405x2 (failed rep 3), 365x5, 325x7

Weighted Chin Ups:
- Warm Ups: (All strict and chest to bar) 0x5, +10x4, +20x3
- Work Sets:  +35x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

Conditioning:
- Ran out of time because I had to get to work.
