- Max Reps:  12

Bulgarian Split Squats:
- 7x5 @ 15 (20 next week)

Arnold Presses (5x10):
- 50x 10, 10, 10, 10, 8 (stay at this weight)

Band Pull Aparts:
- 100 reps

Conditioning:
- Off
