Barbell Power Shrugs:

Weighted Dips (3x5-8  + Volume Sets):
- 0x5, 25x5, 50x5, 75x5, 100x 6, 5, 5 (stay at this weight)
- Volume Sets: +5x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10

Conditioning:
- None
