- 135x6, 225x5, 315x4, 325x 3x3 (go up 10 lbs next week)

Barbell Shrugs:
- 325x 10, 10, 10, 10

Chin Ups:
- 12, 11, 10, 10

Handstand Push Ups:
- 5x4, and 5x3

Conditioning:
- None
