Strength Training:

KB Swings:

Sumo Deadlift (3x10):

Standing Calf Raises:
- 44x 10, 10, 10, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9 (sunset with deadlifts)

Barbell Shrugs Behind the Back (3x20):
- 275x 20, 20, 20

Face Pulls:
- Green band x 20, 20, 20 (superset with shrugs)
