Strength Training:
Pull Ups (5x 10, mix of strict and banded):

Weighted Dips (5x 10):

Arms Superset:
- Incline Hammer Curls w/ Super Fat Gripz:  35x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
- Overhead Barbell Extensions:  102.5x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10

Recovery:
- Banded Curls:  Green Band x 50 (40-10)
- Band Push Downs:  Green Band x 50 (40-10)
- Band Face Pulls:  Green Band x 50 (40-10)
