Snatch Grip Deadlifts (3x5):

Standing Calf Raises and Ring Planks:
- Calf Raise:  50x 14, 13, 13
- Planks:  0x :36, :36, :36

Conditioning:
10:00 AMRAP:
- 60 Steps of Walking Lunges (30 each leg)
- 100 Single Unders
Score:  3 rounds + 24 lunges (204 total walking lunges)
