- Single Arm KB High Pulls:  26x10, 35x8, 44x6, 53x4, 70x2

Strength Training:
Single Arm KB High Pulls (10x10) with Vacuum Trunk Twists (10x20):
- High Pulls:  44x 10x10 each arm
- Trunk Twists:  10x20

Single Arm Lean-Away KB Curls (100 reps):
- 26x 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 10
