Bulgarian Split Squats (40 reps) with Jump Rope:
- Split Squats: 35x 5x 8 each leg

KB Swings (50 reps) with Jump Rope:
- KB Swings: 70x 50 reps unbroken
- Jump Rope: 1x 51
