Rest day from the gym, but active rest...

Chin Up Project:
- 3x10 (160 this week, 302 overall)

Sprints:
- 15x 45-yard sprints on the :50 (next week on the :45)

Mobility:
- 15:00 of stretching hips, hamstrings, and calves.
