Chin Up Project:  50 reps (120 this week, 457 overall)

Conditioning:
- 10x 90 yard sprints (45 out and back) on the 1:10 (go not he 1:05 next week)

Chin Ups:
- 10, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 10 (done throughout the day)
