Standing Calf Raises, Banded Hip Abduction with Glute Bridges, and Band Pull Aparts (5x20):

- BHA+GB's:  30x 20, 20, 20, 20, 20 (35 next time)
- BPA's:  Blue Band x 20, 20, 20, 20, 20
