Donkey Calf Raises and Vacuum Trunk Twists:
- Calf Raises:  180x 5x 20
- Trunk Twists:  0x 5x20

Seated Calf Raises and Vacuum Trunk Twists:
- Calf Raises:  10x 5x20
- Trunk Twists:  0x 5x20
