Standing Calf Raises, Banded Hip Abduction with Glute Bridges, and Band Pull Aparts (5x20):
- Calf Raises:  45x 20, 19, 19, 19, 19
- BHA+GB's:  20x 20, 20, 20, 20, 20 (25 next time)
- BPA's:  Red Band x 20, 20, 20, 20, 20 (blue band next time)
