- Dynamic mobility for hips, hamstrings, and spine
- Band Pull Aparts:  Red Band x 5x20

Strength Training:
Goblet Squats (100 reps) and KB Swings (200 reps):
- Goblet Squats:  70x 10x10
- KB Swings:  70x 10x20

Standing Calf Raises and Serratus Crunches (100 reps):
- Calf Raises:  0x 5x20
- Serratus Crunches:  70x 5x20 (two 35 db's)

Finisher:
- 10:00 on the eliptical
