Arnold Presses, DB Lateral Raises and Ring Face Pulls:
- Arnold Press:  50x 4x10
- Lateral Raises:  25x 4x10
- Face Pulls:  4x10

Overhead Tricep Extensions and DB Elbows Out Extensions:
- Overhead:  70x 3x12
- Elbows Out:  35's x 3x12

Reverse Grip Cable Pushdowns:
- Blue CS Cords x 3x15
